Watch: Jason Whitlock Says Jim Harbaugh Will Coach Indianapolis Colts Next Year

Jason Whitlock believes this is Harbaugh’s last season as Michigan’s head coach.

It’s only Jim Harbaugh’s third season as Michigan’s head coach, and according to Whitlock, it might be his last.

The FS1 personality apparently believes that Harbaugh will leave Michigan to take over head coaching duties for the Indianapolis Colts if Chuck Pagano is fired, which seems quite likely to happen.

Check it out:

Cowherd agrees that it’s likely the Colts will fire Pagano and at least give Harbaugh a call, but he’s not sold on Harbaugh leaving, as it feels “too early.”

Harbaugh, who is widely adored by Michigan fans, provided an instant spark to Michigan football, leading the Wolverines to a Citrus Bowl win in his first season as head coach. He’s got a great thing going, and it seems like a stretch that he’d leave his alma mater so soon, who knows what’s going on in Harbaugh’s head.

Harbaugh played quarterback for the Colts from 1994-1997.
