Report: Brooklyn Nets Signing Tyler Zeller To 2-Year Deal

This will be Zeller’s third NBA team.

The Brooklyn Nets are signing former UNC big man Tyler Zeller to a two-year contract, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

The 27-year-old Zeller spent the last three seasons with the Boston Celtics after playing his first two seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

He was originally a first-round pick of the Dallas Mavericks in 2012.

Zeller averaged 3.5 points and 2.4 rebounds per game for the Celtics last season.

His best year as a pro came in 2014-15, when he averaged 10.2 points and 5.7 rebounds while appearing in all 82 games and making 59 starts for Boston.
